From the Climate Skeptic today:
“No, Climate Change is Not Making Your Home ‘Uninsurable’” – Climate change is making your home uninsurable! That’s the headline, but look behind it and you find a press release by a PR outfit touting some very dubious claims about floods and finance, says Tilak Doshi.

It’s a government scam to bankrupt Britain. Britain is under attack from a communist regime.
Another climate scam: British Landlords will have to provide tenants with a Flood Prevention Certificate ( FPC) even if there is no history of flooding in the property. This will have to include details on flood resilience. The roll out will start in flood prone areas, but then expand across the country ( into non flood prone areas). They aren't mandatory yet, but again mortgage lenders may increasingly ask for them, as with Net Zero, it is the mortgage companies who are now enforcing EPC ratings with preferential rates for rental properties that are EPC C or above.
It is ridiculous that in a society where only 19% of residential property is in the private rented sector compared with 65% of property being owned privately, that one sector is repeatedly targeted to comply with these ridiculous climate scams whereas the owner occupiers can go on living, selling, buying their epc G rated homes if they want.
